Digital Poster Abstracts

Join us and present your research at the 11TH IWA Conference on Odours and Air Emissions 2026 on 2 – 5 November 2026!

Share your latest research and technologies, address the growing challenges in odour management and air emissions, exchange knowledge with experts, and be a part in contribute to advancing the field.

The digital posters will be an integral part of the conference, and dedicated time will be set aside for full participation in the poster sessions.

Digital Poster Abstract Guidelines

All digital poster abstracts submitted for the 11th IWA Conference on Odours & Air Emissions (MYOdour) will be reviewed by the Conference Technical Committee for quality, relevance, and suitability.

Submit a digital poster abstract for a 3-minute presentation via the digital poster abstract submission portal by 6 July 2026.

Please ensure all information is accurate and complete before submission.

Submitting Your Abstracts

When submitting your abstract, you will be asked to include the following:

  • Name and contact details
  • Presenting author biography
  • Presentation type (Digital Poster)
  • Title of the digital poster abstract
  • Digital poster abstract content
  • Author/s or co/author/s
  • Conference sub-theme
  • Keywords

Digital Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines

General Policies and Requirements

Online submission is the only method for submitting digital poster abstracts for the 11th IWA Conference on Odours and Air Emissions. The digital poster abstract submission deadline is 6 July 2026.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Technical Committee as to their eligibility and suitability. Abstracts will be evaluated based on:

  • Quality of scientific content
  • Educational value and clarity
  • Relevance to the conference

The Technical Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submissions, and all decisions are final. The outcome of digital poster abstract submissions will be email on 24 July 2026.

By submitting an abstract, the authors agree to the Speaker/Author Agreement.

Authors can submit multiple digital poster abstracts, but the Technical committee reserves the right to limit to presenting a maximum of 3-minute presentations. The presentation component is optional.

Authors of accepted digital poster abstracts are required to submit a full paper in line with published timelines.

If selected, authors consent to photography, video, and audio recording, which may be used by EPG International Sdn. Bhd. for promotional and conference purposes.

Digital Poster Abstract Submission

Submit a digital poster abstract via the digital poster abstract submission portal (Here).

All submissions must comply with the following:

  • All digital poster abstracts must be written in English.
  • Digital poster abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
  • Must clearly define the objective, methodology, and key findings.
  • Must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
  • A processing fee of RM 200.00 will be imposed after acceptance of digital poster abstract.
  • Authors of accepted digital poster abstracts are required to register to attend the full conference as delegates by 4 September 2026.

Submitting a Digital Poster Abstract

All digital poster abstract submitted for the conference must follow these steps.

  • Create an account via the digital poster abstract submission portal
  • Complete required details, including:
  • Author contact information
  • A recent headshot
  • A 100-word biography
  • Presentation details
  • Upload your abstract using the official template

Post Submission

  • Abstracts should not be duplicated or resubmitted.
  • Results will be announced on 24 July 2026.
  • Accepted authors must submit a full paper.

Digital Poster Presentations

Digital posters should present:

  • Key findings from research, studies, or project work
  • Clear conclusions and recommendations

Poster requirements:

  • A0 landscape size (1189 mm × 841 mm)
  • Use of visual elements (figures, tables, images, concise text)
  • Displayed at the conference venue

Authors may deliver an optional 3-minute onsite presentation.

Speaker/Author Agreement

By submitting a digital poster, presentation and/or materials for the 11th IWA Conference on Odours and Air Emissions (MYOdour), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms set by EPG International Sdn Bhd.

Author Responsibilities

I confirm and agree that I:

  • Am solely responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and referencing of all content within my submission and presentation
  • Have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and approvals to use any third-party materials included in my work
  • Have complied with all applicable legal and ethical requirements, where relevant
  • Agree to assist, where reasonably required, in media, publicity, or promotional activities related to the Conference, including interviews

Consent and Use of Materials

I grant permission to EPG International Sdn. Bhd.:

  • Publish my personal details (including name, position, and organisation) on conference platforms, websites, and promotional materials
  • Record, broadcast, transmit, and/or live stream my presentation, and make recordings available to conference participants or via official platforms
  • Use and publish photographs, video, and audio recordings taken before, during, and after the event for promotional and educational purposes
