Ms. Geetha P. Kumaran is a registered EIA Consultant and Subject Specialist with Malaysia’s Department of Environment, combining academic excellence with extensive industry impact. An ELITE Fellow and lecturer at the University of Malaya, she has led over 280 EIAs, including major MRT projects. A certified CESSWI inspector and ESG practitioner, she is also an Environmental Advisor and HRDF-accredited trainer, actively shaping national guidelines and championing professional competency development in Malaysia’s environmental sector.
