Bio

Associate Prof. Dr. Mohd Shahrul Mohd Nadzir is an Associate Professor at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia specialising in atmospheric science, air quality monitoring, and environmental analytics. His research focuses on atmospheric chemistry, climate change, low-cost sensor technology, and IoT-based environmental monitoring systems. He has led and collaborated on numerous national and international projects involving air pollution monitoring, personal exposure assessment, and real-time sensing technologies. Associate Prof. Dr. Shahrul is also actively involved in the development and commercialisation of innovative monitoring platforms, including AiRBOXSense and AQUASense, and has received several prestigious research and innovation awards internationally and in Malaysia.
