Carlos Nietzsche Diaz is Director of Ambiente et Odora, a specialised environmental consultancy in Bilbao, Spain, and a globally recognised expert in odour management. With over 20 years of international experience, he has led odour assessment and management projects across multiple countries, supporting industries and regulators with science-based solutions. A Chemistry graduate from the University of Seville, Carlos is Chief Editor of olores.org, a leading global platform for odour knowledge exchange, and a sought-after and frequent keynote speaker at international conferences. He co-edited the International Handbook on the Assessment of Odour Exposure using Dispersion Modelling (2023), advancing global best practices in odour assessment.
