Registration Terms and Conditions

  • All invoices must be paid within 14 days from the date of issuance.
  • Unpaid early bird registrations will automatically revert to the standard registration fee after the early bird deadline.
  • Conference registrations will be confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Sharing of registrations is not permitted; a separate registration is required for each individual.
  • Transfer of registration should be communicated in writing to the conference secretariat at myodour2026@gmail.com no later than 2nd October 2026 (GMT/UTC+8) with complete information as required in the online registration form.
  • Any difference in fees must be paid if the substitute registrant is not eligible for the same registration rate.
  • No refunds will be provided for transfers to a lower registration category.
  • Any request for cancellation of registration must be communicated in writing to the conference secretariat at myodour2026@gmail.com.
  • Any cancellation of registration will be subjected to the following conditions:
    • Cancellation on or before 1st September 2026 (GMT/UTC+8): 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
    • Cancellation after 1st September 2026 (GMT/UTC+8): No registration fee will be refunded.
  • Non-attendance: No refund will be issued for registrants who fail to attend without prior cancellation.
  • All refunds will be processed within one month after the conference.
  • Any bank service charges, convenience fees, administration fees, or taxes will be deducted from all registration refunds.

Disclaimer

  • The Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any element of the event programme without prior notice.
  • The Organiser further reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event without liability other than the return of the registration fee.
  • The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the event.
  • By attending the event, participants consent to photography and videography, which may be used for promotional and documentation purposes.
  • By registering for or attending the event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as set out by the Organiser.
